EXHIBITION: Ballroom B on 3rd Level

EXHIBITION SETUP: April 3rd, 2019, Wednesday 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

EVENT START DATE: April 4th, 2019, Thursday - Registration and expo hall opens at 8:30 AM, keynote address starts at 9:25 AM.

EVENT END & TEAR DOWN: April 4th, 2019, Thursday 6:00 PM (post reception). Please be reminded everything must be removed at the end of the conference.

WHAT IS PROVIDED: 10ft x 10ft booth area. Each booth is in a carpeted area which includes a 6ft clothed table, 2 chairs and wastebasket. There will a pipe & drape shell scheme with 8ft back drape and 3ft sides at this event. If you have a banner to attach, you will have to provide your own stands and set up within your footprint.

If you need to rent furniture and other event rentals, it can be ordered through GES. Please order here. *Save up to 25% by ordering on or before March 13th, 2019.

GES is the official Material Handling contractor. Exhibitors must use GES to provide these services:

  • Receiving, documenting and inspecting your shipments on arrival.
  • Unloading of shipments at the show site dock & delivery to booth.
  • Removing of empty containers from booth to storage area.
  • Storing your empty containers in the storage area.
  • Returning your empty containers to booth after show closing.
  • Moving your outbound shipments to the loading dock.
  • Reloading of shipments from dock on to your carrier.

Advance Shipment of Materials to the GES warehouse may be done through February 28th – March 29th.

Alternatively, you may simply bring your small materials such as pop up banners and flyer items with you on the day of the event.

✓ WIFI/INTERNET - Exhibitor Internet is available on site in the Exhibit Hall and is recommended for light web browsing and checking email. The Exhibitor WI-FI can be accessed through your device, in the Wi-Fi settings select Exhibitor Internet. Upon clicking Exhibitor Internet, you would be taken to a splash page to pay and set up your personal username and Password. Please note the service will time out after 10 minutes of being idle. Prices are $79.99/device for 1 day. Please note: All devices must be equipped with a 5GHZ wireless card in order to see the network. If your devices are not equipped with a 5 GHZ wireless card they do sell 5GHZ adapter on-site for $50.00 apiece. Please note the adapter requires the install of drivers on your device, please make sure you have administrative rights

If you do not already know your booth number, please list Ballroom B as the “Room Name” and complete the online form.
